Welcome to LiveFilms (“we”, “our”, or “the App”), developed by TimeRadian. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how LiveFilms collects, uses, and handles information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Device Identifiers
- Firebase Installation ID (FID) for analytics and fraud prevention.
- Device ID used for subscription tracking.
We do not collect personal details like your name, email, phone, or IP address.
1.2 Install Referrer Data
We collect Google Play Install Referrer parameters such as:
utm_source, utm_medium, distributor_id
This helps us understand where the app was installed from (marketing source).
1.3 Purchase Information
When you make an in-app purchase or subscription, we collect:
- Purchase status (success/failure)
- Product ID
- Purchase amount (if provided by Google Play Billing)
Used only for subscription validation and analytics. We do NOT store credit card details.
1.4 App Activity (Firebase Analytics)
We collect basic usage events such as:
- App installs
- Subscription success events
- Streaming start/stop information
No personal identity is collected.
1.5 Camera & Microphone Access
Required to enable RTMP live streaming.
Important: Camera and microphone data is processed only on your device during streaming. We do not store or upload your video/audio.
1.6 Local Storage (on your device)
- Watermark text and images
- User preferences
- Saved video recordings
These remain on your device and are never uploaded.
2. Permissions We Request
Camera: Required for live video streaming.
Microphone: Required for audio streaming.
Storage: Used only to save user-selected watermark images or local recordings.
3. How We Use Collected Data
- Analytics to improve app performance
- Subscription validation
- Identifying installation source (e.g., partners/distributors)
- Fraud prevention
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted services:
- Google Firebase Analytics – event analytics
- Google Play Billing – subscription validation
- Google Install Referrer API – distributor/referrer information
These services may receive device identifiers only for functionality.
5. Data Sharing
We DO NOT sell or rent your data. Data is only shared with Google services required for functionality.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and Google's secure infrastructure. No sensitive user data is stored on our servers.
7. Data Retention
- Analytics data is stored by Firebase, not by us.
- You may clear app data at any time to erase locally stored preferences.
- We do not keep long-term personal data.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Your Rights
You may:
- Request deletion of your stored Device ID
- Clear local app data to remove saved preferences
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When updated, the date at the top will change.
